1. Where is the 2025 meeting being held? 
    • Our host hotel for the meeting is San Antonio Marriott Rivercenter on the River Walk – 101 Bowie St., San Antonio, TX 78205.   
    • The hotel is conveniently connected to the Shops at Rivercenter mall. The location on the River Walk is walking distance to multiple restaurants and entertainment options. 
  2. Can I extend my stay beyond the required meeting dates? 
    • Yes, all Partners are welcome to extend their stay before or after the required meeting dates at their own expense. 
    • The meeting hotel offers the negotiated group rate for the evenings of 12/4, 12/5 and 12/8 on a first come basis.  
    • Alternatively, partners are welcome to book off-site accommodations for their pre/post meeting nights.
  3. How are travel expenses handled for an extended stay? 
    • Air transportation (or mileage reimbursement for those driving) to the meeting is covered by the company regardless of an extended stay. 
    • Transfers between the host hotel and airport are provided on the main arrival and departure days.  For extended stays, partners are responsible for securing and paying for airport transfers.

  4. Will there be a themed event for the Sunday dinner again this year? 
    • Break out the sombreros and bright colors – we will be having a Fiesta Sunday evening to celebrate our 140 year anniversary!
